The breakfast here was absolutely delightful! So many delicious options, especially the pulpo and eggs with pink mole. The only downside was the room felt a bit dark sometimes. 😌

The location made exploring Puebla easy. Our room, the Junior Suite (Accept Pets), was spacious and clean, perfect for my family. Breakfast was a delightful treat with a variety of options, and our server was exceptionally attentive. Notably, Nayel at the front desk was a standout, assisting us with recommendations and any requests we had. The pool area provided a tranquil escape, allowing us to unwind after our busy days. However, we faced a few inconveniences, one room for my mother lacked air conditioning as promised, and the lamps had faulty switches. These small issues detracted slightly from our stay but didn't overshadow the enjoyable aspects of the hotel.

The staff was attentive and made our family stay special. Breakfast was top-notch with a great variety. We also loved visiting Africam Safari. it was an unforgettable experience for all of us, especially my kids who enjoyed the animal encounters.
